metaCat Overview:
metaCat is a FurReal friends-style robot cat that has fur, with a motorized head and screens for eyes. It is considerably more advanced than other robots in its category, similar to metaDog.
This cute little robot kitty is stationary aside from its head and tail. That means it is easier to cuddle and pose than a robot with other moving limbs, but it is still capable of being pretty expressive and life-like. Also, thanks to the lack of moving parts, that means it is easy to dress up and customize the robot.
metaCat does have a rechargeable battery and it can last 10-12 hours on a single charge. It recharges via USB-C.
Overall, this fluffy robot cat is pretty neat. Utilizing screens for eyes gives the cat a lot of expressive ability, and having a battery that you can recharge is often more convenient than having to replace batteries constantly. Thanks to these features, this cat stands out among similar robots.
This furry robot pet is great for just about any age group, though it will likely be enjoyed the most by older children, teens, and seniors looking for a pet replacement.
