metaDog Overview:
metaDog is an interesting fur-covered robotic pet that has several advanced features you typically only see in robots outside of this particular category. It is far, far more advanced that other fluffy robots like FurReal Friends.
This fluffy robot dog is stationary aside from its head and tail – those can move around. This can either be bad or a bonus depending on how you look at it. The lack of mechanical parts in the body makes this robot a lot more cuddly and arguably less fragile than many others are.
The ability to give metaDog its own custom name is also unique. There are very, very few robotic dogs that allow for that right now and it is a fairly rare feature among consumer robots in general.
Since metaDog doesn’t move much, battery life is fantastic. It does have a rechargeable battery and it can last 10-12 hours on a single charge.
In general, metaDog is a pretty great fur-covered robot dog. It is among the best of its kind if not the best with its advanced features. Quality control has been an issue for these dogs in the past, but it seems like that has improved now.
This furry robot pet is great for just about any age group, though it will likely be enjoyed most by older children, teens, and seniors looking for a pet replacement.
metaDog comes in two coat types – husky and shiba inu. Along with the official site, you can also find them on Amazon. However, buying from the official site is generally cheaper.
