Tamagotchi Paradise Overview:
The Tamagotchi Paradise is a color screen device that has many new unique features and characters. Overall, it feels pretty different than the other devices do while retaining the same “care for a little guy” mechanics. They are a fairly fresh experience.
The Paradise is based around raising up an entire Tamagotchi planet. You still hatch and care for various different characters, but the main goal of the device is to level up your planet by doing various things to unlock features with a maximum level of 10.
While lacking in dress-up features and having lower amounts of individual character customization, the Tamagotchi Paradise still allows you to change the color of your characters and dress up your planet. You can also breed for different eye and color combinations. These devices do not have complex gene mechanics like the Meets/On, but you are still able create a lot of unique creatures!
In general, the Tamagotchi Paradise is a low maintenance device. It is very forgiving and it is pretty difficult to kill off a character. Personally, I feel like it is the lowest maintenance Tamagotchi ever available.
Overall, the Paradise is a really fun device. It deviates quite a bit though from the typical Tamagotchi experience, so do keep that in mind – it won’t feel quite like a classic device.
Shell Colors & Variants
As of right now, the Tamagotchi Paradise comes in three different shell colors. Each color has a special character that you can get only on that specific shell color.

Tamagotchi Paradise Tips & Tricks:
- You can do 2 egg hunts in one day if you have a field of 4 Tamagotchi (including the one you are raising). Just keep scrolling down to select the filler characters after the first egg hunt.
- Care mistakes are visible at the “cell” zoom level. They’re the black squiggly lines. This is super helpful for getting specific characters!
- Like the Uni, the Paradise’s screen scratches very easily. Screen protectors are a good investment for this device. If you already have scratches on your screen, you can check out my polishing guide here.
