The ERS-210 was the best selling aibo model, so they are fairly common and easy to come by. They are still rather popular and many people love them!
210’s have three pet sensors (head, chin, and back). They also have sensors on their paws.
These dogs are, of course, more advanced than their older sibling – the ERS-111. They perform more behaviors and actions, and can feel very different and unique between each individual dog. They also have the ability to listen to voice commands.
There are also revised ERS-210’s – the 210A, or “Supercore”. Dogs with a Supercore have faster CPU clock speeds, which is not really noticeable to the average user.
The only downside of these dogs is that they have head issues. If you purchase one without a known repair history, your dog is very likely to have a non-working head because of a faulty clutch design. Supercore dogs are less likely to have these issues and they cannot get DHS. They can still have TAS and PAS though.
